Charlie was extremely professional. He was agreeable to allowing me to handle the demo work (and discounted the price because I did it). He explained how he uses the Schluter system for showers that is waterproof will fix the issue we had in our master shower. We are thrilled with how the shower turned out. We would highly recommend Charlie to anyone needing tile work.

This is important as you need to have 1/4" depth to install new NO SEAL grout. It was a pleasure to make your floors look brand new, THANK YOU!

Called Charlie when grout was coming loose. He showed us that the problem was not just the grout and we replaced the kitchen floor and are very glad we did. Charlie has superior knowledge (no BS) and application of same. Very punctual and great to work with. REALLY knows his stuff and REALLY knows how to perform the work necessary for a superior job!! Good overall shower installation, minus a few hiccups. Charlie is extra friendly and fortunately we had a signed contract, because job was very slow. Other than requesting a light grey grout and ending up with more of a super white and now having to redo expensive diamond mosaic marble floor tiles installed the wrong direction without asking customer first, this was an okay remodel experience. However, definitely, won't be using any subs outside of my builder again.

He also did some minor plumbing. He fixed my tub drain and work on my shower. He was very friendly and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to his trade. He did an exceptional job and he charged a fair price. I'll soon be hiring Charlie to do the floors in my Kitchen. If you want quality work at a reasonable price. Charlie is the man for the job.
